Log posts are a great choice to match with our log railing options. We typically provide these in Mountain Laurel as central newel posts. Another popular option is locust, either with bark on or with the bark removed.

I have to say James and Mountain Laurel handrails were phenomenal to work with- they were extremely responsive and the quality of the workmanship was excellent and at a fair price! At first honestly I was apprehensive as my application was outdoors- we live on Lake James in WNC and our deck has a western front and is highly exposed to the elements- as you can see 6 years later after install still looking great!
